We visited this branch for the first time with my 2.5 year old daughter, Dr Gordon and his assistant were lovely and ensured that my daughter is comfortable and relaxed to get her used to the environment to avoid any future traums. Maya at the reception was so helpful with the booking and forms. We will continue coming here for our checks.
Extremely unhappy with the customer service of Kevin at Hornsby branch. He was rude and disrespectful with my attempt to lodge a claim. I had omitted a medical practitioner stamp on the claim form and told "you should know this as you do it once a year". I will not be dealing with him again and am considering changing healthfunds.
My dental appointments were always got canceled last minute without any back up options, which is very frustrating.
