I must have gotten the bad dentist. We came here because we were members and figured the dentists would be good. Was I wrong. Hot a dentist who wanted to run the session like a production line. I was in and out for a clean and x rays in about twenty minutes. That’s not the issue though. I had to come back for a few fillings. The dentist claimed to have finished off one complete side of about four fillings. Amazing. Said there would be no more issues. Terrible front receptionist. Tried calling several times during day to make appointment, left message with no return call back. Went past the office and explained I need an appointment as I have a broken tooth. Receptionist barely acknowledged me and then confirmed that I needed a consult as I had broken all my teeth? You need to do better.
If you’re nervous about going to the dentist like I am, Dr Sandhya is absolutely the one to see. I went in for a clean, check, and polish, and she was so gentle, caring, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. She truly goes above and beyond when it comes to patient care and makes you feel completely at ease. Her professionalism and genuine kindness really stood out for me. I took my wife for the dental checkup with Dr Sandhya and it was such a great experience. She had a severe teeth pain and Dr Sandhya took great care of her and now she is so thankful of Dr Sandhya. Sandhya is really skilful, humble and sweet, and she was never in a rush. Highly recommended visiting HCF and especially Dr. Sandhya!
Dr Sandhya is marvellous, very professional, and very skilful. I had cleaning and crowning done and both were painless experiences. She explained clearly what was to be done and was gentle and very careful so the crowning process was as painless as it could be. Zoe at the reception is great too, booking me in for the crown as soon as there was a cancellation, even though it was very busy at year's end.
