Ciera from this bond company was absolutely un-professional. Went through a lady trying to get money out of me and she did, they do not collect the information needed for you to fight back, acting as a mediator is completely out of their scope of work. Truly save yourself from them.
Do not hire this bond company if you are a contractor, they paid out a claim without discussing it with me, without reviewing any facts and even while the customer owes me $17,500.00 They will make a complaint on your license and force you to pay and only after you pay them can you make a complaint for an inaccurate payout, this company is a SCAM

Whatever you do do not give your money to these people.... I am honestly shocked and appalled at how abysmal the customer service is that I've gotten from milma at this company she is a horrible customer service representative.
