Please Please review the rating before you buy this insurance. This insurance DOESNT COVER VERY BASIC THING - emergency services. very surprising. No point in buying if the insurance doesn't cover the basic. I felt I have wasted hard earned money. If you buy, I guess, you may for sure experience the quality of this travel insurance. I do not recommend this insurance .
I highly recommend avoiding WorldTrips Travel Health Insurance. Despite purchasing a policy through Insubuy with a zero copay and zero deductible option—precisely to prevent unexpected costs—I found myself facing a shocking situation. I required hospital treatment during my trip, and the hospital initially accepted my coverage details without charging me. Warning: Avoid World Trips Travel Insurance at all costs. I unfortunately purchased a medical plan for my family, and it's been a nightmare trying to get them to process my claim. Despite submitting all required documents over 4 months ago, they continue to make excuses and delay payment. It's clear they have no intention of fulfilling their obligations. Don't waste your time and money like I did. Look elsewhere for reliable insurance coverage.
Apparently I bought a plan from this company. They bugged me for a review before my trip has even occurred. They reek of desperation and based on all the recent terrible reviews for people with cruise related issues I'll be looking for a refund.
