Scam alert. This company will twist reality to avoid paying—no pre-existing condition, nothing in the doctor’s notes, yet they shamelessly fabricate one just to deny the claim. Dishonest, unethical, and completely untrustworthy.
Denied all claims without a reasonable explanation
They did everything just so they don't pay the claim. I did everything correctly but they won't pay back the claim. Worst ever insurance!!! don't waste your money and time.
Zero accountability or responsibility taken for valid claims I purchased comprehensive travel insurance for my long-haul flight, this covered a missed connection caused by terminal delay in Manila, PH. Dealing with this company has been completely unacceptable. As I filed my claim almost a year ago, and their support team has completely failed to process, update, or resolve the issue.
