Worst insurance ever !!! One way or another - you will never get reimbursed! They will give u the runaround, making it impossible to successfully claim , in my case 3 months they ask for numerous receipts and invoices and documents and than is not enough, the way you submitted documents it’s also made hard - seems on purpose to discourage you or to make you give up , than I spoke w supervisor- Robert who doesn’t want to tell me his full name and to direct my call to superior or for complaint!!! Claiming is much harder than paying for the insurance. Everything gets rejected as “not covered.” The staff don’t coordinate with each other and keep asking the same questions over and over again, dragging this into a pointless loop for months. I honestly don’t know what’s so hard to understand. This is a completely disappointing experience. Even a one-star review is too kind for the service they provide. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and use another company—it will be much better for your mental health.
The system for submitting claims is clunky not to say broken. They respond to claims (submitted online) by a letter to your home address, which is particularly odd since this is a travellers' insurance. So since I never heard back and I saw so many reviews saying it's a scam, for the longest period I thought that that's what it was. But in the end I did get my expenses refunded, so though it's clunky, it's not a complete scam.
I submitted a claim over a month ago and never heard back from them. The system for submitting claims is clunky not to say broken. I have a very strong suspicion they never refund any healthcare costs period.
I got a travel insurance to visit Singapore for 3 days, there I got loss of consciousness and a sizure on the road. I was taken Raffles hospital given care. On recovery they said they can not accept the insurance card and I had to pay out of my pocket. I left the hospital for further investigation in my home country as I was alone. After returning I forwarded claim documents through member portal.
