I waited for 45 minutes only to be told I have to wait maybe, "could be more" another 45 minutes. This place is a joke. So unorganized when. It comes to ordering tests and get authorization done in a timely matter. Seen since April and none of the documents be sent over to the insurance to get it approve. Showed up to an appointment for the front desk to tell me it wasn't approve. Nobody called then all of sudden my phone number is wrong in the chart . I just confirm my appointment so i dont understand how and there are other contact information email and secondary number.
