I waited for 45 minutes only to be told I have to wait maybe, "could be more" another 45 minutes. This place is a joke. So unorganized when. It comes to ordering tests and get authorization done in a timely matter. Seen since April and none of the documents be sent over to the insurance to get it approve. Showed up to an appointment for the front desk to tell me it wasn't approve. Nobody called then all of sudden my phone number is wrong in the chart . I just confirm my appointment so i dont understand how and there are other contact information email and secondary number. Our company did some work for Dr. Haytham Albizem and his office Hamilton Heart & Vascular Care Consultants and they didn't finish paying for the services that were completed.
This place is a joke.They are very irresponsible with there patients. They don't follow up.They have done a bunch of tests an they haven't taken the time to follow up..The receptionist thinks she's the doctor.Ton the last visit they put the cuff of the pressure machine wrong.They rescheduled uwith out having the common understanding that they are other appointments an a Job to maintain to pay the insurance.
