It was a different experience for me being that I’m a Tennessean. The people there was very friendly and helpful!!!
When I first arrived they ordered blood tests. It took over 3 hours for them to draw blood. They lost a urine sample and waited 2 hours to request another. During this time I was repeatedly denied water. Go somewhere else. They don’t treat patients like people here.
Patient here who encountered the disgustingly terrible nurse Victoria A. She was rude and disrespectful to my me during my time spent at the hospital and even made disparaging comments about my family IN FRONT OF ME. I have never experienced such blatant disrespect. Cannot believe how she still has a job.
HCA HR and payroll services specifically are terrible, I worked for HCA previously and had a situation where I needed a W2 correction. I went through nearly 6 months of back and forward with them refusing to work with me, continually closing my cases, and not doing what was asked. I finally received the W2C nearly 6 months after the initial request and it was wrong. They now refuse to even try and help in the matter.
