On multiple occasions we get taken back to the room and sit for an hour before we are seen and get empty apologies. They have been really good in the past they cycle doctors every few years due to the residency program. Alexandrovic and her staff were incredibly rude to my wife, who was dealing with trauma.
Dr, Chung is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He is thorough and cares about his patients.
Dr. Serrahn, the other docs, and staff are so kind and helpful. Dr. Serrahn provides great detailed care, great bedside manner, and a is a good person in general. Positive experience every visit. Highly recommend them!
Absolute worst interaction in customer service I’ve ever had. I was a new patient looking to schedule an appointment, the receptionist, Alli, answered the phone and asked what I needed to schedule an appointment for. I told her, and she informed me that both Dr. Mackay and Dr. Carpenter are both booked out considerably. When I asked if there was anyone else in the practice that could see me, she quickly replied “no, good luck.” And hung up on me. Dr. Bess and his staff have been the absolute most amazing team ever. I have been to endless doctors and medical centers when I was finally introduced to Dr. Bess. He actually thanked me, the patient, for coming to see him. That was a first. He performed a three level spinal fusion and I appreciate everything they have done for me.
Dr Hammond is amazing! She is not only an incredibly skilled surgeon, she is like a best friend when discussing what is best for you. I have great respect for her and her staff, they are all such a delight to work with.
