Took my son to the quick care and it definitely quick, and a Karen said they lost the key for the bathroom and j had to wait until I was called to use one. Very very nasty customer service.

“I’ve been trying to speak with the individual handling the account for Atlantic Outpatient Center since 11/4, but 24 hours later, I’m still getting the same response every time I call: ‘The representative is on the phone with the insurance company.’ It’s hard to believe that they can’t spare five minutes to return a patient’s call. Imagine if I didn’t pay my co-pays; this facility would probably send my account to collections without delay. Este lugar es un desastre, la limpieza es horrible, no hay lo mínimo para los baños, ni pepel sanitario, hay que pedir el agua, las batas es horrible todo. 0 recomendación al que pueda leer esto.

Everyone was WONDERFUL!! Hands down the BEST Emergency Room experience I have ever had. Taken right back and started working immediately to find the problems. The Nurses and Doctor were very professional, very caring and answered every question we had and made sure we were informed of all test results. I would recommend the ER in Cape Coral over any and all ER’s in the area!
