Just got back home after having my second Total Knee Replacement. Trinity Medical Center is the absolute best! The seminar they give to their patients was so informative. Greg, The Nurse Leader on the second floor, is phenomenal. He is friendly, engaging, professional in every way, and the entire team is just amazing! Their Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants are detail oriented, helpful, informative and they smile a lot! I delivered my daughter via scheduled CSection at MCT. Everyone from the security guard who gave my husband his badge to the nurses, anesthesia team, PA in the OR and Dr.Bardach herself were amazing. I can't say enough good things about the care we received. Everyone was so helpful and courteous and great at explaining what was going to happen and why. Thank you MCT for a wonderful birth experience!!
Its a Good hospital once you pass the Emergency process i was admitted by my doctor with asthma on Tuesday afternoon but was in the Emergency hall hold for 5 hours then sent to a place called The Emmy hold bed one till Wednesday night at 8 when i was sent to my own room upstairs. The staff is nice but tge service need major improvement and more space for patients.
The staff are friendly and go out of their way on the ob wing. They make sure amber and our newest little one are taken care of
My Daughter Had a wonderful experience with the ER last night. From the staff who checked us in to the nurses, radiology techs, ER docs, the girl who had us fill out paperwork - everyone was friendly, professional and patient with all of our questions. They were all wonderful and made the visit as comfortable as possible. ! Thank you to all who were working 02/13/17 from 7 to 12pm in the ER
Worst hospital I have ever been to. I'm 32 weeks pregnant was in preterm labor yesterday contractions 2-3 mins apart pain where my previous c section scar is to the point I'm sweating and crying in pain my first nurse latiesha (7 am to 7pm nurse) was so disconnected not compassionate at all didn't take me seriously at all came in my room 1 time out of the 4 hrs I was there for her shift. I brought my 1 year old here last night because she busted her mouth wide open and this hospital treated her with the greatest care that I have ever had from a hospital. They even referred her to a oral surgeon with a great office. I couldn't have been more pleased! Thank you Trinity Emergency Room staff for being so great with my daughter!
I'm currently having a total knee replacement at Medical Center of Trinity and am in my second post-operative day. As a retired R.N., I must say that I have never had better care in ANY medical facility. This my second major surgery in 10 months for totally unrelated procedures in this excellent hospital. DRS. Hanff and Frattini were the best I could have asked for. I'm very fortunate to have been a patient on 2 West, both times.
