Cold. The temperature is always cold. Despite even the doctor's complaining it never seems to get fixed. Food is pretty good. I was in pain a lot of time trying to minimize my pain medication. But I never seem to be able to get out of the nagging nagging pain. Nurses were reasonably good some Good some not so good. Next time I will try somewhere better
And one year later I had to go back for the same medical issue. Once again, exceptional, professional, informative care. Different floor, same experience. To the ER staff, doctors, technicians, food service, housekeeping and most especially the excellent third floor nurses, THANK YOU! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the ER volunteer and directed to the registration area, then taken to the area for my appointment. Everyone was so nice and professional
