Horrible!!! Not only was I stuck over and over with blood going everywhere, but what I was diagnosed with, the ER doc FORGOT TO SEND IN THE MEDICATION TO THE PHARMACY!!! And then when I contact them to let them know it was never called in, they leave me on hold for over a half hour, so I call them from my other phone and they answer and I tell them THE SAME THING!! Insane! I’m still in so much pain, it’s unbelievable! Never again! I needed an IV for what’s wrong with me, not PILLS that will take days for progression! Horribl... read more
My nurse battison was absolutely phenomenal! From the ER to checking out within 2.5 hours I've NEVER been to a hospital this efficient. I was made extremely comfortable, I don't think I went more than 15 minutes without seeing battison or a DR! I hope I don't have to come back but if I do I won't be mad

We have used this location twice now. Last visit was yesterday, where we saw nurse Erin and Dr. Riddle. We have nothing but positive things to say about this ER - services are fast, staff is caring, and everyone involved is treated like a person, not just a number being pushed through the door. Last night, nurse Erin went above and beyond to get us through our visit quickly, and went the extra mile to make sure our two year old son was comfortable and knew what was going on during his time of emergency.
