The nurses at this hospital will let you die. There is absolutely no patient care at all. My fiancé had his leg removed and he is begging for pain meds and cannot get it. They tried to feed him an hour before surgery which could have derailed everything. Since then, no one has fed him at all. Getting somewhere with these people is redundant. If you have to come here, make sure you have an attorney on speed dial. His first time here while in trauma ICU they turned his pain pump off in the middle of the night.

Title: Felt Unsupported and Treated Unfairly My experience at HCA was extremely disappointing. I felt dismissed and not taken seriously, and overall the care did not meet my expectations. There seemed to be bias in how my concerns were handled, which left me feeling frustrated and dehumanized. I hope HCA takes patient feedback seriously and works to improve their approach to care.

My mother suffered multiple severe strokes, leaving her mentally compromised. I came to the ER because I was in A Fib now the ER they were ok but they sent me to the 2nd floor, it was like day and nite Marisol the charge nurse that nite was so sweet she sat with me for a while and ask me questions that they need to know while my nurse named Wes was busy with someone else at the time when we were finished Marisole was telling me my nurse would be right in as he walked in the room.
