My friend was taken back home by ambulance after her stay at the hospital. She was not able to put herself to bed nor get up and feed herself. I called her caseworker for her in her presence. The case worker said she already told the patient there was nothing they could do once they are released from the hospital. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Her caseworker hung up on me.

Used the women's imaging center for decades. After the last mammo I was recommend a follow up image, and did so, and then recommended a biopsy. However, in this big @$$ hospital, they don't do biopsies in Kissimmee anymore, & this big @$$ medical system can't tell me which of their faculties does biopsies, and I am still waiting to hear back from them. Scheduled a biopsy with another heath system, and ORMC is now jacking me around about releasing my medical record. Pretty much dysfunctional top to bottom & A-Z.
