My friend was taken back home by ambulance after her stay at the hospital. She was not able to put herself to bed nor get up and feed herself. I called her caseworker for her in her presence. The case worker said  she already told the patient there was nothing they could do once they are released from the hospital. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Her caseworker hung up on me.

Look at: DOCINFO.ORG to see some of the past misconduct by HCA Florida Osceola Urology doctor Richard Ian Silver. He also works for HCA Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee and UCF Lake Nona. What a creep! He has been the subject of multiple state medical board investigations for misconduct.

HCA Osceola Urology doctor Richard Silver, aka Richard I. Silver, Richard Ian Silver, left AMP Urology in New York after he was caught by his staff with inappropriate pictures of a MALE patients body on his own cell phone. He has also been arrested in the past for violating another MAN, Silver is obsessed with the MALE EXTERNAL GENITALIA. Silver is not above assaulting a woman either. What a creep! Used the women's imaging center for decades. After the last mammo I was recommend a follow up image, and did so, and then recommended a biopsy. However, in this big @$$ hospital, they don't do biopsies in Kissimmee anymore, & this big @$$ medical system can't tell me which of their faculties does biopsies, and I am still waiting to hear back from them. Scheduled a biopsy with another heath system, and ORMC is now jacking me around about releasing my medical record. Pretty much dysfunctional top to bottom & A-Z.

From the moment my husband was sent to the ICU after a heart attack, the lack of communication, follow-through, and incompetence at this hospital has been staggering. Between the cardiologist, neurologist, and cardiothoracic surgeon not communicating with each other and giving him different information, providing me with the reason he was not being released on a day he was told he was being released, not him.
