Dr. Aull with ENT services at HCA Florida Ocala Regional hospital was excellent. He provided prompt, efficient, and effective healthcare in a compassionate and cost effective manner. I went from ‘misery and pain’ to ‘comfortable and recovering’ in a very timely fashion. His help was very much valued and appreciated ! Would recommend without any reservation.

HCA Hospital Ocala Florida they're incompetent as hell they don't come when you ring for them I got up at 3:00 a.m. I'm a cardiac patient look down the hall because nobody was answering my call and there was not one person on the floor most likely they're sleeping their break room as usual this hospital I've been in many times and they have always failed big time. Find another hospital!The care is horrible and my spouse is back again from the sister hospital and still no diagnosis of why blood clots.Having to wait months for test results from the prescribed hematology dr.He asked for a pillow and was told oh they dont have any available wth.He is scheduled for a procedure in the morning and know idea what procedure no one knows this place is a typical horrible HCA

My mother was admitted on a Friday. Saturday evening she passed out and fell and became paralyzed on one side and non-verbal. Her Monday lunch was fried chicken and Monday evening beef tips. Nurses knew all this but I had to make them aware on Monday that her diet needed to be changed from regular to soft or pureed. I questioned this again on Tuesday and so told, "We just called the doctor and speech therapist to evaluate to get diet changed." On Wednesday nothing had been done. Come on people. Came to ER on Easter with bleeding issues. Not first time with same problem. Waited 4 hours before the DR wanted to exam issue in public area...not happening. Never put in exam room, NO ONE looked at problem and was sent home bleeding. Bled for 2 more days. Rudest DR I have ever met. This is a teaching hospital but seems like they don't want to learn. Went to Gainsville and will be having NEEDED surgery next month. Know any good LAWYERS???? Run away from this joke of a hospital.

I recently took my mother to the ER after she fell. Very professional, very helpful staff. Both Dianna and Andrea went out of their way to help my mom. They also answered my questions and releived a stressful situation for me. Thank you!

Super in every way from the ER to the 3rd floor Nurses who took care of me for seven days ... Caring, knowledgeable and extremely efficient in every way...!!!
