HCA Gainesville went above and beyond ! Desi was my favorite she was very enthusiastic and informative. Jennifer was sweet with the procedures and aftercare. I wish we have this in Jacksonville.

Michael and his staff go above and beyond with making sure your prescriptions are filled accurately and timely. I love getting the text alert letting me know my prescriptions are ready for pick up! Great customer service with a smile!

Manager Mike talks to you like your 5. Totally pompous. Likes to throw around he is the manager. Rude. Told me to find a local Dr. So I did. And then he states he will THINK about filling my RX the same meds I yave been on over 10 years. When I asked for his name he stated it was Mike and HE is the manager. Who puts someone so rude and heartless incharge of a pharmacy. DO BETTER.
