Fyi- i appreciate prompt response but, its meaningless.. Patient safety dept took a look last year has remained completely SILENT.. No communication or, follow up.. i’ve no faith in this institution that they’ll address this problem whatsoever. Very sad state of affairs for GNV community.. Horrible anesthesia care, Mediocre Hospital care during my right knee replacement in March 2024. This was after my surgery was cancelled in jan 2024 when tissue was discovered in joint replacement N cardiac equipment trays..The institution... read more
The facility was easy to find, had plenty of parking, and was filled with polite, helpful personnel. They listened to me and gave me excellent health care.
