I don't have enough words to express my gratitude to the team at Mercy Hospital. I had the best birthing experience imaginable thanks to an exceptional medical staff. Infinite thanks to Dr. Carlos García, Dr. Flores, and Dr. Llanes for their professionalism and care. But above all, my heart stays with the nurses who accompanied me: Daniela, Shannon, Taylor, and Marie. They made me feel safe and cared for at all times. Without a doubt, I would choose Mercy over and over again. Highly recommended!.

My family has been dealing with a serious patient care situation involving my father at Mercy Hospital in Miami. While I will not discuss clinical details publicly, I do want to address our experience trying to report concerns through the appropriate channels. I’m very disappointed in my experience with Mercy Hospital. First, The techs in the ER had such little experience, they could not draw blood for lab testing…without a dozen jabs in both arms and hands. Second, the discharge papers had the wrong prescription from a visit 5 years ago, and was dated June, 2021 for a current medical issue. Third, my attorney sent flowers from California which arrived at the hospital, but I was not allowed to retrieve them, nor were any staff members on the 7th floor willing to retrieve them. 1000 estrellitas definitivamente la experiencia en el Mercy es única, la atención 100/10! El trato, las enfermeras atentas, cada doctor en especial Ernesto Cardenas por traer a mi bebé al mundo sin duda el mejor !!! Simplemente Gracias recomiendo este lugar
