Estuve ingresada por varios días, en el Mercy Hospital, tengo mucho que agradecer el servicio, que me dieron desde que entre por esa puerta de emergencia , desde la que me llevó en la silla de ruedas , enfermeras,médicos , la sra de la comida , limpieza,en general todo el personal , me hicieron sentir , que les importaba mi bienestar , que no era un numero más.. cariñosos , amables , todas las cualidades de un buen ser humano, GRACIAS AL 8 PISO DEL MERCY , POR SU CARIÑO, Y SU ATENCION ..QUE DIOS ME LOS BENDIGA ..
0 stars. DO NOT go to this hospital or the emergency room here. Go to UM or Baptist. This hospital operates with incompetent and disorganized personnel. Most of the staff doesnt even speak Englis. 1 nurse is designated per floor. Average wait time to a nurse or a nurse assistant to go see a patient in a room is 45 minutes to 2 hours. Sometimes nurses are called to other floors and leave their floors without the designated nurse. They almost over meditated me due to multiple systems and a lack of communication.
