HORRIBLE!!! My young adult daughter was transported due to seizure by ambulance. She was treated very rudely after complaining twice about IV site pain, yet no one ever checked her IV site to see if something might possibly be wrong with it. After my previous negative review about the lack of follow up from reservations, I got a call from them and resolved the situation. While I was frustrated about whatever happened with their systems, when I finally did talk to them, they were exceptionally professional.

over two days and 15 phone calls up to 40 minutes - so hours and hours spent trying to call them - absolutely nothing. I see other similar complaints so they have a serious systemic problem - either bad systems or vastly understaffed. Either way, there has to be another place to get imaging. These guys don't seem to need the business.

Urologist Richard Ian Silver is a dirty little prick and a poor excuse for a man. He was arrested in New York for violating a man by grabbing onto his testicles during an altercation and for assaulting his ex wife on the same day. They let this dirty bum plead it down to attempted assault. Silver should be in jail instead of practicing medicine. He is now over at these HCA Osceola Urology in Kissimmee Florida. Horrible service. They didn't even figure out was wrong with me. They didn't give me a hospital band. The ER doctor needs to be fired.

The female doctor I saw today was wonderful but the male doctor that came in after was hateful and pretty much told me that should’ve not came in and I feel like he didn’t believe me at all that’s not how you treat a patient . I came in because I hurt my knee.

My step sister went to your ER this morning!! She has been sick for a few weeks. She has tried to get into to see Dr.’s without any luck. She has seen a couple of PA’s at Dr. Offices that for some reason did not help her much?? She finally called 911 and went to Perdido bay ER. She was not treated as a person in emergency should be!! my husband was in a MVA on 3/25 and was brought by ambulance from the scene. He was in the facility for approximately 90 minutes and had just one chest ray and was told he was fine nothing was broken. He drove home 4 hours ( he was on a trip to the area) and I brought him to another ED where he was diagnosed with 5 broken ribs and 2 brain bleeds where he was admitted to the trauma ICU.
