RecommendedThe ER Staff was so friendly and hopeful. Carmen,Beth and Bev were awesome. They got me back on my feet in no time after my spout with my dehydration!! They put up with my friends shenanigans and I hope we brightened up their Sunday afternoon. Thank You so much for making feel better!!
We got right in and saw Bev the nurse practitioner. She was very helpful and so were Carmen and Beth the nurses. We recommend going there !
My husband had his knee replaced by Dr. Alvarez on 2/22/2020. All the staff, nurses, PT, Doctors were excellent. They went above & beyond in their care & kindness.
HRMC have the best professional and caring staff here in our community. I'm not saying this just because I'm employed by HRMC but because of the love and care my husband had during his stay. Thanks.
The experience of Total Knee Replacement by Dr. Alvarez and this facility was nothing short of Outstanding at every level. Care, Nurses, Chef, Food attention to detail from everyone. I even told them because of the 5 Star treatment and meals received by both myself AND my wife, maybe I would like to stay a few more days. That didn't happen as I was released and out of the hospital the next day by 9:30 AM. I totally recommend Dr. Alvarez and his team and this facility for your Knee or Hip Replacement Surgery. Thank You ALL.

All staff were friendly and smiling and provided excellent care. I had surgery and stayed in the new ortho unit which was very nicely done—private room and bath with furnishings still in progress. Staff with years of experience are very professional and provided clear understanding of what was happening at each stage. As someone who worked in healthcare, I truly appreciate that.
