If I can give this facility less than 1 star I would. My grandmother received services from hca and they are very unorganized. We have changed therapist twice. They always call/text 12 hours before they want to come and visit, which I view as unprofessional because the calls are always at night. My grandmother was suppose to get weekly visits and we're lucky if they come every other week. I wouldn't recommend this place.
My grandmother received services from HCA healthcare at home & it was absolutely great services all the way around! I can’t begin to say how helpful & great they were! I don’t live close by so the reassurance & great attitude I received from all clinicians from HCA at home was very comforting to me & definitely made me sleep better at night! No matter the situation, they show they care & are as helpful as can be! I highly recommend & will be using for future services!
Just horrible communication between the office and nurses. Will definitely not be using them again. When I have my second operation, if I need home health care I'll let my doctor know of my experience with them and have him request a different agency. The home health agency apparently doesn't believe in communication. Just a rotten experience!!!!
My friend Jamin Palmer was ordered blood work in July of 2020 , she possibly has a potassium and D3 deficiency that could cause a stroke at any moment and no one at this Organization has bothered to return any of the numerous calls she has made to your the office since then. Shame on you Nurse on call!
