From MA got sick couldn't shake cough went yesterday to there facility short wait time, friendly and efficient staff, couldn't be happier with visit and results! Highly recommend.

We arrived in the dark for a 4:45 am appointment. No security. No lights. Just a dark scary parking lot.. we followed the signs to admitting, which we already had done, ha ha. Then, they took my husband away and led me to another dark, unattended room, where Judge Judy was on the tv at 5:30 am. Horrible horrible horrible. The so-called status board was never updated after he was moved to the procedure room. What a joke. He never “left”. I had to call the hospital to find out where my husbsnd was. Good morning my name is Mark Conway and I was ambulance to your emergency room on the sixth stay there the seventh and went to room 340 on the eighth spent a couple of days there at room 340. I had a tremendous overbearing pain level on my left wrist which could not be touched at all in severe pain in my lower abdomen. Had a CAT scan with contrast and found a stone in my bladder. In the ICU I was taken care of by a very competent nurse, Maria (RN), who provided me with the greatest of care. She took the time to explain all the steps with great care and saw me through the transition time from ICU to a regular room. And I express that I was treated with the greatest of respect and professional care. my brother is a patient there he has copd and covid when family callabout his condition they state one one family menber can call but the one family menber doesnt tell other family how the patient is doing by having this hospital policy i think that this hospital is uncompassionate and very inappropriate for family menbers this hospital is very old fashion they dont have phones number to the patient roon you have to go thru the operator then the nursing station then they switch you in the room the nurses are very condesc... read more

My first experience at fawcett was as a nursing student doing clinicals. Something was off right away. Patients yelling and suffering as nurses and staff ignored them for the most part. They were labeled as difficult. My wife has had the unfortunate luck to have 2 major surgeries there. Her surgeon his surgery staff are amazing. This is in no way reflective of the hospital.
