We had a very positive experience at the ER. Waited less than 5 minutes to be taken back, everything went smoothly and the personnel were very friendly and competent.

They have improved a great deal in the Dr. /patient situation, they seem to have a better equipped staff, not quiteso many TOO busy, TOO IMPORTANT HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS...
8 hours for physician request PICC flush is ridiculous!!! Came in at 3:20 p.m.. 3 hours sitting in the waiting room before finally taken to a room where we sat until almost 11pm to receive the anti-coug med. (I saw on the pharmacy sleeve that the drug was dispensed at 9 pm.) Hmmmm Nurse was suppose to come back in 20 minutes to check the flush ....1 hour later our nurse was no where to be found. The nurses and hospital staff were wonderful!!!! It's hard when your love one is sick and all you want are answers. Thank you for giving the best care possible and for making my family feel comfortable and confident with his care.
They are fast and friendly. Kept checking on my mom and ask me if i need anything also.
Very good hospital since it's been rebuilt, it used to be terrible but now it's great. Considering making this my home hospital or at least backup hospital
How do you have 3.5 stars??? I went to Brandon 4x for oxygen related problems, was discharged every time. I had no insurance. My social worker during one of the admissions told me "lose weight, get a job, get insurance"... how can I do that if I can barely breathe... oh and then I complain about a doctor I had a negative experience with in the past, and instead of getting a new doctor, I get discharged... wtf?!?... I'm done with BRH, the new Brandon HealthPlex for Tampa General just opened, worth the drive... I stayed there ... read more
