I have been here since 4am on Sunday. When I first got here they were great...ran a bunch of tests....figured it out... then was told I waa having surgery monday but they didnt know when yet and would tell me the time. Getting my room was fast and good. However they never told me a time for surgery so i had to go in alone and come out alone because I couodnt tell anyone when to be here for me. Then when I was woken up from surgery the pain was exruciating and I was crying and in so kuch pain...they kept telling me to stop cr... read more
Had my baby there April 21st. My nurses were awesome. The doc on call was very patient with me. After I was moved to the mommy suit I was happy to find out Brandon is not a baby friendly hospital that pushes breast feeding on mother's and no nursery. They asked breast or formula and braught me formula. They insisted on taking baby to nursery so I could sleep. Over all my best delivery experience. (I have had 5 kids.)
After two very bad experiences at Brandon emergency care I had awesome care at the day surgery center. From getting basic directions to pre-registration, from admitting to discharge, there were great people at every experience. Thanks for changing my perception of Brandon Hospital.
Very compassionate and caring nurses and doctor's.
I've been here a few days now and I must say the staff has been amazing all the way from the nurses to the doctors. They are very compassionate and caring. My nurse Jessica on the fourth floor has been super great she constantly checks on me to see how my pain is doing always trying find a way to help. When you ask her for some thing she is pleased to do it not like some nurses at other hospitals who get bothered easy. I am very honored to have had her as a nurse.
