A week after I made an appointment for a root canal referral. Dr. Nasser’s receptionist called saying they needed to push it back 45 minutes and would send an email to confirm a new appointment. Nasser’s office then confirms a new appointment via Email-stating new appt. was just a consult now and I will need 2 appointments as another patient needed my time slot. Worst place I have ever been to. Got upset enough that I got up and walked out of their so-called ICU and swore never to enter their doors again. Morton Plant is way better in all respects.

This hospital needs tho be shut down. Ken the director of nursing, Clara, Angela, and Pam are people who lack integrity. They abuse their power. It is impossible to find out information regardless how many times you call. This place and the staff is something out of a horror movie. Someone please call the authorities on these people

I recently completed a survey on my stay with ORMC and felt that the Lead Nurse on the 3rd floor deserved a separate response about her professionalism in a separate note... Lead Nurse Christina Follett is one of those few leaders who never has to raise her voice and everyone knows she is there to promote team effort ... I talked with her several times while I was in room 355 and could feel the leadership and caring without her saying much of anything... My name is Seth Hirsch and its almost 3 months that I got discharged from Westside medical center. I had covid-19 and Pneumonia and on a ventilator for 15 days. The doctors thought I wasn’t going to make it they told my family. But I was a survivor and had 9 lives. My first experience at fawcett was as a nursing student doing clinicals. Something was off right away. Patients yelling and suffering as nurses and staff ignored them for the most part. They were labeled as difficult. My wife has had the unfortunate luck to have 2 major surgeries there. Her surgeon his surgery staff are amazing. This is in no way reflective of the hospital. y partner came to the ED about weeks ago, we were helped outstanding, We had to come back last Saturday they admitted him, and that was OK too, his hemoglobin went from 15 to 9.2 in 5 weeks. they let him go home that Monday. On Wednesday we had to call an ambulance he was losing soo much blood. His hemoglobin was 7.1. by now. They admitted him and gave him some blood. Hemoglobin went up to 7.2.
