I was there on 8/7/21 and the doctor made me feel like I faking it even though I knew there was pain.I see a specialist on 8/10/21 and know they will find something.

Trying to get an update on my mother this morning, Here is what happenned: Their website said there was 0 minutes waiting in the ER. The operator transferred me to the ER, it rang for over 70 seconds. someone picked it up and clearly hung up! I called back, the operator transferred me once again to ER. Again at 55 seconds, they picked up and hung up! I called again and shared with the operator that they hung up. She said she would try. Much to my surprise someone answere. -DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER TO ANYONE- !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When my girlfriend was at Blake they fucked up so damn bad she went in having incredible abominable pain which she has kids at home all she wanted was the pain to stop and get home, the man in charge not only gave her the wrong diagnosis telling her she had appendicitis then came in the next day saying she was perfectly fine, and dis charged her, before that had happened that dumb ass said she was faking the pain calling her liar and a wast... read more

My Grand-daughter wants more than anything to be an RN. She was over the moon to get a job at Blake. She was told $17 an hour as an RN intern. She got there and it was $13 an hour and the staff treated her like she was beneath them. She understands that every medical person has to clean up a sick patient. She was ok with that, but fetching and only cleaning messy patients, not learning anything or had a mentor who cared about her goals to be "one of them". Now she would never work in a hospital. I had to stay here about two weeks ago and it was fairly decent. The only ones leaving poor reviews are people with attitude problems and were mad they could not act however they want. The food was the best part my only problem was with another patient who kept touching me.

Worst experience ever. ED was okay. This used to be a good hospital. Problems started soon after I was assigned a room. Asked for a gown. Got a lecture that I should have has one. Person made problem worse. I requested the patient advocate. Received a security guard and someone claiming to be a patient advocate. Instead of just giving me a gown, this person, instead of calming the situation made it worse. Never go there. It you do, take your own pajamas. They can't afford gowns or blankets or a friendly staff anymore.

I went in with a pain level of 10 and described all my symptoms to the Spring Hill ER. They then told me that it was a sore muscle. The doctor said a pain and muscle relaxer would bring relief. Received two shots and waited. After 30 minutes my pain was still at a 10, which I told the 4 medical people that were in the room. They seem to be perplexed and sent me home telling me that it would start to work soon. I went back two hours later with the same pain level. The same doctor then gave me a patch for the muscle. Please stay away from this hospital if you can service is terrible and some people working there ate rude.
