A few years back I passed out at home the ambulance took me to Riverside Community..I was home in 2 hours!! Next day went for a full body scan SOMEWHERE ELSE…ended up needing 4 heart stents…I should of sued that crappie hospital
I have to say I couldn't wait until a few days after my Heart ablation surgery to write this review. Everybody I came into contact with, from the preop registration to the surgery, (the nurses, anesthesiologists, doctors) to the postop nurses were absolutely WONDERFUL!!!!!! I highly recommend this facility.
I would like to thank everyone at Hendersonville Tristar for being so kind and making my stay so great when I was in so much pain! You made it an absolute pleasure to be around such wonderful people that made you feel like you were their number one priority! All of you were so polite and kind and I would highly recommend you to anyone that needed the best professional care available! Thank you so much you are the best!
Nurse Stacey is the rudest nurse I’ve ever had the unfortunate circumstance in coming into contact with. I came in from a different regional office ER with the same bracelet because they had also checked me in. The nurse pulls my wrist and says “what is this” without giving me more than five seconds to explain she tells me that she will be reporting the office who sent me here. The triage nurse was an asshole, as were two phlebotomists. I accidently included my vision insurance card in the cards I gave her at check-in. She smacked it down on the counter and sarcastically said, " I don't need that. It went downhill fast from there with her. She seemed angry before I even opened my mouth. When I was being prepped for an IV of antibiotics, she asked me which arm I wanted to use. I told her I didn't care. i was in your emergency room yesterday morning for a vein bleed. I was very surprised to find the doors locked and had to knock to get in the Dr on call spent less than 2 minutes with me ordered a topical ointment but did not have any there suppose a substitute but none that was available so the only thing that was done was to wrap my leg and i had to ask for a wipe to clean off the dried blood i was very disappointed in the concern of any of the employees as well as one of them complaining about another co- worker in fron... read more
someone really needs to do something with place ,this is 3rd time we are going to this place and have step by step full of problems ...nurses so unpolite and rude ,,,doctors not even coming back to explain anything for patient ...my wife and kid been there about 4 hours today and after x-ray and some test they just sent them home with no prescriptions and no explanation ...my kid now has bad fever and pain ....please someone do some action to fix this place ...like i said 3rd times we have this problems ,,we pay with no qual... read more
Having just checked my husband into the ER, he started to fall while waiting in the waiting room. I was barely able to catch him and was struggling to keep him upright. I called for help. The receptionist, barely bother to look up and stated simply in the most unconcerned tone that he needed to sit down. Then she promptly proceeded to scold me on their policy of having visitors while still struggling to get my husband seated. She couldn't be bothered to even stand up to see what was going on.
