I have seen and noticed many other situations involving the Chief Operating Officer Kyrysla Karlix. ( Chief Operatic Officer ) following me around. She has hired random people on the streets working for her by paying them cash for information or to play a role in surveillance of me. Greenoaks is a hoax and is a now separate from Medical City which is not Presbyterian quality by a long shot. I would be very careful with this organization. It is a front They are running and illegal side operation looking Into to valid ... read more

Worst care ever! Uncaring staff nurse are mostly incompetent! Don't even read the patient charts. Tried to give me meds that are plainly listed on my chart not to give to me. Can't get food to the patients room spouses having to ho to cafeteria to get patients food. Totally useless hospital. Told my family I'd rather die that to be treated at Mission!

Went to ER 5/16/22, got a CT scan w contrast, urine sample, blood work and was charged $10K+ This hospital is the worst! I will be driving to Hendersonville or Haywood for emergency medical care in future as I would rather die in the car on the way there than be treated at Mission Hospital under its current ownership of HCA Healthcare. Used to be a great hospital BEFORE it was bought by HCA. Unfortunately, this review will not allow negative stars! They tried putting an IV in my husband to give him contract medium and CT s... read more

By all accounts this hospital needs to be closed down and the Joint Commission do a COMPLETE review of the practices of the doctors and hospital. My fiancé was admitted with bilateral pneumonia, treatment would have been better in a third world country. My fiancé had to explain to the doctors and nursing staff how to treat her and beg for the medication that the doctor ordered. When she asked for her medication the nurses would tell her the were out of stock on this medication. There were at least 3 meds she was unable to re... read more

I tried unsuccesfully to have a hernia surgery at the hospital. The doctor, the hospital and the procedure were all covered under my insurance. I called the office of Financial Responsibility to get a better understanding of how much my ultimate cost would be. After numerous attempts, the woman in the office finally called me back to let me know a 30 minute outpatient surgery would be $117,000!!!! This was the hospital's charge and did not include the surgeons fee, medications, post operative care or the anesthelogist fee!! ... read more

Would give one star but the nurses and the doctors on the cardio floor were awesome… the hospital I will never go there again. I was taken there via ambulance with cardiac issues (please note I also am a cardiac patient with a pacemaker) emergency was ok, although my wife was there with my medical records no one talked to her at all until it was decided I was going to be admitted (keep in mind this was February or 2022 NOT 2020) when they got me a room the put me on the COVID floor, without even testing me! I am a cardiac pa... read more

Stay away from third floor My husband had a tumor removed on a Friday. The surgeon and the pre op people were great!! He was sent to floor six. Outstanding care. Friendly and on the spot with information for my husband. They did not miss a beat. he was released on Sunday. Unfortunately today he was rushed to the ER due to being very ill. The er was great. Rushed him in to surgery again snd after sent to the third floor. By far the worse in care. It took 45 minutes before we were even acknowledgedvin the room by pushing... read more

This hospital has gone way down hill! My sister-in-law went into the ER and was basically admitted for 3 days but kept in an ER side room that wasn't even a real room. It was storage for equipment really. No TV or anything and then just released from the ER after 3 days because they never had a room available for her. Now my niece was brought in through the trauma unit for a very serious car accident and has been waiting on a bed since last night. She has a fractured neck and several severe lacerations. She's still in the ER... read more
