my first visit there was on 06/19. my son has 1st, 2nd,& 3rd degree burns over his face ,arm and leg. For starters, everything was going good and smoothly, despite the fact that they gave us the run around as to what area to go for treatment. He had surgery, (staff was very nice and hospitable) it went fine. recovery area, fine also. great staff. A couple months later, after having cataract surgery, received a bill for "self-administered drugs??" While strapped down, laying in their bed, waiting for surgery, I was NEVER informed or my witness was NEVER informed of over $1,000.00 dollars of these charges. UNETHICAL PRACTICES !!!!

My second bladder surgery at Lonepeak hospital. I chose to come back because of their outstanding customer service and care! My Dr Warner was amazing and my nurse, Olga was SO good 👍 friendly, personable and knowledgeable! She really deserves an award of excellence! She went above and beyond for me!!! I now get as many medical procedures as possible possible, mammograms, surgeries, etc...at Lonepeak 👍👍👍Thanks for caring!!!

took my husband there last nite because he fell and busted his head and the lady at the desk ask me if i push my husband down,,,,i did not fine that funny and i compaint about it to another nurse...she try to beliitle me,,,that piss me off and yes i got a lawyer know for a law suit for acussing me of hurting my husband,,,,my husband sitting on end of couch and black out and hit floor and busted his face

Just stay away, people. I'm currently being 'treated' and this is my fourth day of staying here. In these four days, they have done absolutely nothing to help me in any way. They refuse to treat my chest pain, keep giving me incorrect dosages of the medications I do take and they keep trying to start me on new, weird medications. Just your typical, egomaniac doctors with God complexes. The majority of the nurses Ive had have been awfully rude and 100% negligent in their duties. WORST PLACE EVER!!!! You will be better off if you find a competent hospital to admit you. The nurses here do NOT know how to insert a needle for an IV properly. I could go on and on about how horrible this place is but doubt anyone will read the reviews until it is too late.

St David's medical hospital in round rock ...some staff STOLE my mother's wedding rings, 2 other rings and the special diamond earrings that i had made in memory of my sister who passed away. How do you admit people into the ER when they are having a diabetic episode and remove their pesonal belongs???? They cannot tell us if they were removed in the ER OR the ICU....Oh im sure when before doing the CT OR THE MRI ...SOMEONE removed her jewelry and probably POCKETED THEM!! After my previous negative review about the lack of follow up from reservations, I got a call from them and resolved the situation. While I was frustrated about whatever happened with their systems, when I finally did talk to them, they were exceptionally professional.

over two days and 15 phone calls up to 40 minutes - so hours and hours spent trying to call them - absolutely nothing. I see other similar complaints so they have a serious systemic problem - either bad systems or vastly understaffed. Either way, there has to be another place to get imaging. These guys don't seem to need the business.
