I was admitted in August of 2023. The staff were all nice and helpful. The doctors did a good job. They worked to diagnose the possible problems. They spent time with me discussing my symptoms and test results. The doctors explained the possible test that could be done. To begin with things went well. Fortunately, I stabilized not long after being at their emergency facility. The part that did not go well is the next day after staying in the hospital overnight. They did not want to release me even though they stated ... read more

This hospital is not the same as it has been in the past. No real plan as to what to do when they are short on staff. No experienced doctors over the weekend. Waiting for a room when the the patient is in critical condition is by far the worst. Misleading family so that they wont rush staff with questions of the families loved one. Making medical decisions that eventally killed the patient because the attending hospalist wasn't communicating with patients specialist for the best possible outcome. Horrible hospital Suing wo... read more

Do not go to any facilities that this company does billing for. They do not take care of Veterans. They give you a different account number every month, so you have to be on top of them to make sure they aren’t going to slide in extra charges. They do not have proper communications to coordinate with their facilities. They need to be spoonfed on what to do to maintain secure information. They wanted me to say my social security number over the phone. It took them no time to bill me, but now I have to wait to get the bill tha... read more

The doctor said that my husband would not be completely himself, but he would recover to appoint well the nurse forgot to give them seizure medicine and told me he was sorry I said that didn’t have anything to do with his con... read more

If you ever have a need to be taken to an emergency room, I would highly recommend Poinciana Hospital. During the month of December 2023, pain I was experiencing. necessitated my going there twice. The first time I was admitted to the hospital as an inpatient, many scans and tests were done. The second time I was seen by Mazin Haddadin, MD. He excused himself to review the all of the tests that were done when I was admitted to the hospital earlier in the month. I was really impressed by the attention I received by him and th... read more

I've been to this emergency room several times worst place ever they treat you like a piece of crap. I was there the night the last review when the man brought in his child it's true poor kid was screaming. I was diagnosed before they even checked my blood or anything else. Tried to blame it on some horse s*** cause they always treat me terrible there. Never again

From the moment my husband was sent to the ICU after a heart attack, the lack of communication, follow-through, and incompetence at this hospital has been staggering. Between the cardiologist, neurologist, and cardiothoracic surgeon not communicating with each other and giving him different information, providing me with the reason he was not being released on a day he was told he was being released, not him. No one spoke to him. Then receiving a call 10 days after his release that he was at risk for cardiac arrest and neede... read more

I was committed to a psychiatric institution for severe distress, depression, and severe panic attacks- I guess this was a nervous breakdown. My husband and son took me in for an evaluation, and I was admitted. This was not what we wanted, but in all honesty I desperately needed the help and I could not be home because my adult daughter was my trigger. When I first got called back I was put in a small room with two chairs and a tech (MA) was taking my vitals and taking my information down. I was not allowed to take in any of m... read more

Number one, I am sad that some of you writing reviews, are calling other patients "crazy". Number 2, I was 19 and was a "crazy" patient of this house of horrors. Words and stories do not remotely compare to the people who had to be at this facility. I was taken into a metal room in hand cuffs, when I was finally buzzed in to the main emergency part, it was pure chaos. I was taken to a room where I was stripped of my clothing, and pictures were taken of me. They tried to say that old scars were fresh (do any of you actually ... read more
