Great customer service at every stage.
Embarrassing for this hospital to be located in Aventura. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I was there for about 4 hours. No physician ever came to see me. The excuse was "we're short staffed, you need to wait or your insurance will penalize you for leaving." Needless to say, I left.
The worst hospital visit,they should close this place down.I was brought up to my room 921 ,and no came in for 3 hours ,until I asked for a urinal ,some heavy woman from Haiti came in gave me the urinal without telling me that she was my nurse,then 1 hour past not no t.v remote trying to get the front calling for my nurse due to pain.Then I asked for the head nurse which told a long time,after I called for a supervisor she came in ,then the supervisor both looking like I was inconvieancing them especially the supervisor ,I a... read more
