The nurses are nice, but the people who handle post-op are badly informed and frankly, gave out illegal and dangerous advice. I was actually told not to wear a seatbelt for my ride home after my procedure just because it could cause some discomfort, and told to take dangerous pain medication that could end up harming my baby. They need training to do better.
Horrible experience! Had to ask for drug to be added tio IV. at surgery door. to be put asleep...nurse came running to give it. Someone was pulling my pants up when I was still asleep after the procedure. They were taking me out to the lobby. They had called my husband too soon. Let a patient wake up in a gentle manner!! I do not even remember the ride home! I experienced a lot of pain and a very high fever. It had to be a result of the way my body was abused
