I Love the Staff. Love the Doctors!
Dr. Susie Nguyen is the best!!! I can really feel that she cares. She spends the time to examine my mother carefully as if she is the only patient that she has to see. She listens well and addresses all concern that my mother has. I really trust her and hope that she remains to be my mother’s primary doctor.
So, I have only seen the NP & not the Dr so far but, I am perfectly happy with Tram. She always LISTENS to me as it relates to my care, empathetic and dead on with her care plan. On occasions that I have called, she always responds and helps me and this suits perfectly. I pray she returns after her leave and I highly recommend. It can be difficult finding the good doctors amongst the sea of self proclaimed gods & pill pushers in Houston.
