I finally sold my place that they built Now I can finally tell the truth. This company cuts corners every step of the process. I did not want to lower the value until after I sold. Please do not consider any of their properties. They are the worse of the worse. After years I still had punch list items not done. I tried management in their 706 E Bell RD. They were not professional at all. Stay away.
