I had a great experience living at this Huntington Beach apartment for almost 3 years! It’s very affordable for the area, super clean, and they have been maintained and updated nicely. I especially love the hardwood floors and how there are no popcorn ceilings. The landlord is very responsive to any issues or repairs that may arise, although usually, there aren’t any! Great apartment in a great location! The building is small and quiet, with everything well-maintained. The landlord is super kind, responsive, and really cares about the tenants. Plus, you can’t beat the location—close to everything in Huntington Beach. Highly recommend!
We’ve had a wonderful experience so far living at this property! The application process was thorough, but ensured that we knew exactly what was expected of us as tenants and what was offered at the property. Been living here for over 5 years now. The apartments have a modern-look you will love. Good location & price. Walking distance to almost everything, including the beach. The apartments are well maintained due to the landlord always being on top of things. He takes care of almost everything himself, very hands-on kind of guy. Any issues or concerns he will take care of it right away. Great and safe place to live in, you will not find anything like it.
Love this apartment! I’ve been in this space for a few months and have yet to deal with any issues. The rooms are spacious, it’s always bright with natural light, and Stephen is always on top of things if anything comes up. Street parking is also plentiful so that’s never a problem! Would recommend this place to anyone moving to Huntington Beach. Also, only being a short walk from the beach and Main Street is great too!
