We’ve had a wonderful experience so far living at this property! The application process was thorough, but ensured that we knew exactly what was expected of us as tenants and what was offered at the property. Great apartment in a great location! The building is small and quiet, with everything well-maintained. The landlord is super kind, responsive, and really cares about the tenants. Plus, you can’t beat the location—close to everything in Huntington Beach. Highly recommend!
Close to the beach, spacious and well maintained. Love the built ins and sparkling clean bathrooms. Definitely a five star location!
Been living here for over 5 years now. The apartments have a modern-look you will love. Good location & price. Walking distance to almost everything, including the beach. The apartments are well maintained due to the landlord always being on top of things. He takes care of almost everything himself, very hands-on kind of guy. Any issues or concerns he will take care of it right away. Great and safe place to live in, you will not find anything like it.
This is a great place to live. The landlord truly cares about the property and has made an effort to make it look and operate very nicely. Our apartment is in the perfect location, central to restaurants, gyms, shopping and much more! I overall am very happy to be living here and am truly grateful.
