run away from the company as fast as possible, I dealt with a self proclaimed Christian man in wny who was my salesman that lied under oath and had hbo carports assist with the lies, a very rude and dishonest company, they both stole my down payment and refused to reimburse me for the money. beware of any dealings with them
Awful terrible customer service! Our garage was put up WRONG! Everything leaked and they show up with 2 new panels for a 30x50 garage. HELLO!!!! Nothing has been fixed after 3 contractors have been here. So regret paying for this piece of junk! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! All screws were loose, panels were pulled...blah blah blah. Everything was wrong!
How about having some real customer service and find someone who can install the carports correctly?
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! BBB has given them a rating of "F", see Google reviews as well. Poor communication, no care about customer service. Wont work with you. Liars about installation times and appointments. You deal with them and you'll be sorry.
Youtube HBO Carports mistakes and watch. This should say it all. Run stay away from horrible customer service! When you point out their flaws they get nasty. Show up when they want, no communication not willing to put anything in writing.
Worst company ever to deal with. Very unprofesional installers as well as customer service representatives. our carport has been leaking since the install and has yet to be fixed after three tries and three months of broken promises.
Ordered a carport in late September 2016, I was patient and expected a 8 week turnaround. It is now January 2017 and I cancelled my order. They call me and ask me if I'm sure I wanted to cancel as they will be able to build it and install it within the next two weeks. I went with another company...
