i sold a carport 2 months ago - the customer still has not received it. i call there and get a run around. poor customer service. poor attitude. i will not sell any more !
Awful. Ordered and everything went smoothly. Called ahead of schedule and said they were coming to install and never called or showed up. Missed work for it and nothing. How the hell do you have something on a truck ready to be set up and never show up or have any contact for 2 weeks?? STAY AWAY. Contacting an attorney Monday.

Very poor excuse for a business. No communication. Lie's every time you talk to them. Been waiting over 2 months. finally cancelled my carport. They emailed the dealer where we bought it and told them it had been installed. We haven't seen it. When we called to ask about it. They asked if we were sure it hadn't been installed. Very bad business. The dealer has dropped them because of all the complaints and their poor performance. So in my opinion I would stay away from this company. Will be reporting them to the did.
Wow! I wish we would have seen this before we ordered our building. Snow blows in through gap in garage doors and at top by roof peaks. This was NEVER mentioned from dealer we purchased from. If we wanted to store our items outside we wouldn't have gone to all this expense. Our old hand-built shed did 100% better than this garage. Plus the main access door doesn't stay latched. What a wast of $$$.Customer service constantly gave us the runaround..wouldn't return our calls...always an excuse! :(😠
