Terrible weave by the owner/stylist, Murphye. My breids literally came a loose from the tracks after ONLY TWO weeks! When retuning for a shampoo, I brought it to her attention, thinking she would gladly fix it. she failed to do so. I was on my phone and hadn't noticed before I left. I caledl her the next day after seeing it was not repaired. I have been without a stylist for a few years and found HBM online. I felt like instant family during my first visit. Everyone was pleasant, welcoming, made sure I had snacks/water. I am so glad to have found HBM, Murphy, Lottie and I will be coming back!
