I normally do not leave reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. My original appointment was scheduled for 12:30 PM. Around 12:35, she texted me asking if I could come at 1:00 instead because she was running behind. I agreed with no issue, especially considering I was driving almost 40 minutes from Concord. However, once I arrived around 12:55, she texted again saying she was still behind, so I waited in the parking lot. Murphy’s the best hair stylist/best hair colorist known. Cares about healthy hair and is such a sweetheart! Very professional. My daughter loved her prom hairstyle.
Murph is not only an excellent hairstylist, she’s professional and knowledgeable about hair. I’ve moved around a bit and to find a stylist like her is a rare gem to find. I highly recommend her-10/10!
Can’t say enough good things about this place! Jakia and Murphy are treasures. Talented hair stylists but their personality is truly what makes being a part of their customer base so special!
