Very hard to reach. Called many many times.
So. Many. Errors. Over the course of 5 months dealing with one simple refinance, the issues just kept coming. I would never recommend HBI Title Services to anyone. If you refinance with Huntington, you need to do yourself a favor and shop around for this service.
After experiencing an overly lengthy loan process with Huntington Bank (omg) + inquiries about status of my cash out disbursement being completely ignored by the Huntington relationship banker, R Polletta, I contacted HBI Title for assistance. Shortly after speaking with Timothy McKnight with HBI, I received a call from loan officer, C Gemma, providing me with the information he had previously declined to give. Timothy is helpful and amazing. His customer service is outstanding and he is an asset to the HBI Title staff.
