Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with my experience at HB Face. I went in to get my brows done and expected a much better experience based on the reputation of the studio. The service felt rushed, and I didn’t feel like enough care was taken with my brows. I left feeling unhappy with the results and honestly felt like the service wasn’t worth what I paid. I expected more attention to detail and a better overall client experience. I wouldn’t personally return
Love HBface! The girls are always so nice and they do the best job. I feel so beautiful every time I walk out!
I usually see a certain brow artist and when I came in for my appointment, they changed the brow artist on me. No communication I had to find out when I came to the store very unprofessional. This tall girl with black hair did my brows and messed them up. I’m never going back.
