I had a toothache and booked an appointment to see Dr Tao. I'm not sure if she was incredibly overconfident or just didn't care, but after advising her that I had a condition thay limited how wide I could open my mouth she stated that she would be able to perform the dental extraction. 90 minutes, 2 dentists, a gum flap and a dental drill later, Dr Tao and Dr Vish abandoned the extraction leaving me with a mess of a tooth and exposed nerve still in my mouth, instead just referring me on to see an oral surgeon, prescribing me... read more
Same day appointment availability, all staff were incredibly patient & understanding. All processes & costs involved were explained clearly & with a great outcome. Very clean facilities. Highly commend the patience & explanations of the treating physician. Would recommend even to those without health cover - fair & reasonable. Will be back.
Going to the Dentist has always filled me with dread... Until, I started going to HBF Dental... They are so friendly , kind and they listen to what has made my previous dentist/ clinic visit so terrifying into nothing but reassurance that my experience will be unnerving..
I had a toothache and booked a next day appointment. It was stress free and to the point. X-ray taken, discussion of options and removal of tooth. Dr Vish and dental assistant Geraldine were fantastic. It was quite difficult to remove the tooth but they did a fantastic job. And I was given extra local anaesthetic at any point where I had even the slightest bit of pain. My blood sugar dropped mid procedure and Geraldine assisted me to the lavatory and got me some juice to bring my blood sugar back. They continued the procedur... read more
