Very professional and considerate. It was a good experience, for sure.
The staff and dentist was very thorough in explaining the procedure and transparent about the cost. Very friendly and nice people. The dentistry office was very nice and clean.
I was very nervous about trying a new dentist. I have sensitive teeth and gum issues. I am very happy that Dr.Nguyen is very considerate and understanding. She explains everything as she goes. I highly recomend this office and Dr. Nguyen DDS. I had a toothache come on during the weekend and I reached out to thier emergency number and I got a response immediately. Because I wanted to try to avoid emergency service fees, we scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. The doctor was able to help me with two prescriptions, an antibiotic and a painkiller to get me through until this morning where they squeezed me in at 9:30 a.m..
