I didn’t get a chance to shop with them but the did respond quickly , and then responded again, and again and a bit to much . But while a bit annoying , the effort is worth the 3 stars

We bought our car last month and I waited to put my review up just in case.. This has easily been my best car buying experience! Everyone we dealt with was very freindly, attentive and accomodating without being high pressure. Sam, the owner I beleive, was charming and stayed late for us, Lane our salesman also went home late a few nights because of us. This dealer was very kind and patient with us while buying our first car. They answered all of our questions best they could and went the extra mile for us. They held our car while we figured out the ends and worked with us very well when picking it up. Everyone was a friendly person to talk to and not pushy at all. We had a very very good experience buying our first car from this dealership! We highly recommend them!
Lane at H&B was very helpful and friendly. He contacted me when he said he would. I enjoyed the whole experience. Great staff at this location. And a nice car lot of cars. It was some of the cleaner cars that I looked at at a used car lot. I didn't end up buying a car, but overall very happy with H&B Auto!!
