Totally misdiagnosed the problem. Avoid this person I decided to see a Heather Hazlett despite experiences with PAs that have convinced me to wait to see a CRNP or MD/OD, but I was in such terrible pain, I could not wait for the appointment, a month later with a podiatrist. Heather Hazlett looked at the X-ray, pointed to the X-ray and told me that I had arthritis, it would not get better, and that I was on the road to cortisone shots and maybe a fusion. I havent used their services recently, but when I did, the service was outstanding. I felt looked after, they listened, were always professional and I healed well from their prescribed treatments
Today I sat and waited an hour and 15 minutes to see this woman. All she could say is sorry the day got away from me And it took a lot for her to say that. I had to go out and tell somebody that I have been sitting in waiting over an hour. There she is sitting on her butt supposed to be reading my chart. This is unacceptable.
