I havent used their services recently, but when I did, the service was outstanding. I felt looked after, they listened, were always professional and I healed well from their prescribed treatments
Today I sat and waited an hour and 15 minutes to see this woman. All she could say is sorry the day got away from me And it took a lot for her to say that. I had to go out and tell somebody that I have been sitting in waiting over an hour. There she is sitting on her butt supposed to be reading my chart. This is unacceptable. I also witnessed a guy leaving because he too had been waiting for a while and couldn’t wait any longer. Nothing was said about anyone being behind,nobody came to tell me anything.
