They only want your money. They got my prescription totally wrong . Redid it a few times still could not see. Went back to my eye doctor in n y and have never had a problem . When my eye Doctor in ny check the prescription he could not believe how off it was

what's the point of the signs saying to let the Emergency room staff know immediately if you are having chest pain if all they do is make u sit and wait like everyone else? I watched a guy come in and get to know back right away simply because he yelled at the staff
Probably should’ve invested in friendlier/more thorough doctors and nurses instead of a renovation. It’s definitely hit or miss with the staff, mostly miss though. I dread when my daughters sent here because I know we’re just walking into rude, impatient nurses, and quick/incorrect diagnosis’s to free a bed to say the least. The only good thing is the wait isn’t usually long for her because I only bring her when it’s warranted, therefore eliminates waiting in the lobby with the sniffles like so many people do .
