I was there for almost 7 hours for them to tell me it was a uti. Then have the papers handed to that said bladder infection and kidney infection. No straight answer as to what was wrong.
Service was on point.. Place was clean... Loved this hospital.
I am not a fan of this hospital but this time I was seen in a timely manner. However one thing that bothers me is while I was in the emergency room in the back, I was unnerved to hear the doctors and nurses laughing and carrying on in an unprofessional manner. There are people back there in pain or are sick and I don't think its a place to carry on like that.
This place is horrible on wait time and patient service.
Waiting hours this is a Shit show the nurse's rather talk then treat people in and out
Omg.... Best hospital I've ever encountered.... My hometown hospital (Frankfort, Kentucky) needs be trained at your facility.. the doctor's and nurses Miss Patty 5th floor and miss Kailynn (I think that's how spelled) on nightshift... Were above and beyond nurses... They were just plain awesome.... Please I hope they and know it's Elizabeth with the Puppies!!!!! Y'all were great... Much love!!!
