I was in a bind during covid-19 having broke my glasses. Not only were they open and had an appointment on the day I called, but the staff and doctor were superb!!
I gave them my credit card information to issue me a refund. Someone also decided it was ok to put a $60 charge on my credit card for a bill, that I had just received in the mail. I did NOT give them permission to charge my card. The excuse I was given was that they called me and left a message that they were going to do that. Yeah, they called one of my family members and left the message on that phone. This is the last straw with that office. After I get this all straightened out, I'm finished there.
Dr. Deom was amazing. He took care of my eye issue and resolved the problem fast. I felt very comfortable and confident. The staff was great as well. A Very professional team. Thank you.
Very prompt with appointment, friendly, knowledgeable staff, great doctor, easy access, and for me , close to home.
Professional and courteous staff.
Came in on Saturday and they took good care of me. Would recommend this location to people who need to see an eye doctor
