I purchased arm assist for a toilet. Wrong item for my mom. Did not open the box and tried to return within 1 and 1/2 hours. Manager said “No returns, there is a sign on the wall” I said “I did not even open the box”. She reiterated “There is a sign. Have a nice day”. Will donate to a senior facility and never go to that store again.
In a massive amount of pain after a burn and called asking if they had 400 grams worth of silver sulfadiazine. The lady on the phone was rude and said the doctor said you’ll have to come here and see? Not sure why they treat patients this way, please don’t bother wasting your time. All these people don’t deserve a job for real turning away business
