Dr. Elsayed Sahloul is a straight forward doctor. He listens and he he is a very compassionate doctor about his work and his patients. Very respectful and he works to properly care for and work with me and my illness. Clean environment, calming and relaxing atmophere. I love the staff. They too are very respectful, helpful and kind. I have no negative comments or feelings with the businesses professionalism. 🥰
I was trying to schedule a new patient appointment with Dr. Sahloul but unfortunately couldn’t get past the receptionist on my call. I called twice. The first time I was immediately placed on hold for a very long time and eventually had to hang up. On the second call, I explained that I wanted to be seen as a new patient. The receptionist quickly asked for my insurance information and specifically inquired “is it Medicaid?” (which I not) before placing me back on hold for another extended period. I highly recommend very helpful and prices are great. We were there to get my father shoes and they couldn’t be more helpful and caring.
