I absolutely love this dental office! From the moment you walk in, everyone is kind, welcoming, and professional. The staff always makes me feel comfortable, and Dr. Jacob is caring, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. He is amazing. They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide excellent care. I always leave feeling well taken care of. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an amazing dentist and a wonderful team. Thank you all for everything you do!
This office is a complete mess. They never answer the phone and refuse to send my dental records over to a new dentist. My wife had a basic cleaning here and they ripped the pick across her gums and it is still bothering her 6 months later. Dentist was absolutely rude & unprofessional. Unfortunate the Aberdeen office closed and we got sent to this place. We will not be using their services again.
Dr. Patel is the BEST!!!! She replaced a filling that came out of my front tooth and I honestly cannot tell that there's a filing in my tooth at all!!!! It looks absolutely PERFECT!!!! During the procedure, she kept asking if I was comfortable and always checking on me, making sure everything was good!!!! ( I'm a wuss at the dentist) She made my dental experience so much more bearable and less frightening!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!!!! 🩷
