TERRIBLE FOOD and terrible service! – I hadn't been to this place in about 3 years because I moved out of town. When I lived here I went about 3 to 4 times a week. Food was good, girls were friendly and the people were nice. I am visiting and couldn't wait to go back. I guess the lady that used to manage it is no longer there. Under new managment – I would like to apologize to anyone that had a bad experience at Hazelwoods 1st Place. I have very recently been made General Manager for this business and would like to invite you back to give it another try. I am in the process of making many changes including adding additional staff to make certain cutomer service is as good as our atmosphere and amenities. How is it rated high? – Wow, I am visiting from Cali and went to this place based on the reviews. They have one person working and she is more concerned with talking and goffing around with friends then providing service. This job seems to be getting in the way of her social life. HELLO, customers are waiting, STILL!!!!!! When she does finally show up, she has a HUGE attitude. Go someplace else.
WORST SERVICE AND FOOD! – This was the worst place I've ever encountered. The food was bad and the service was worst. Normally I don't put these type of reviews but the waitress was so incompetent I didn't know what to do. It was her and everyone else. When I asked for other help everybody just ignored me and walked away. Maybe a bad day, but I wouldn't go there again. Max

We don't allow vulgar & nasty Idiots in our bar. Funny, this review came from a person not allowed to step foot near our establishment. Nice eh? Is it possible to have any less class than this loser? Our good customers know we work hard for them. Wankers like this guy should stick to the dive bars.
