The receptionist that works for DR A Low. Lonnie, Has by far the worst professionalism I have ever seen. For some reason she changes her way of contacting patients less then a years before he retires and expects them to just know that it has changed then rudely leaves a message about the appointment. Always waiting over 30 mins than people who came after me get seen v before me, always waiting for my paper work.
Im happy to change my review, The receptionist for my doctor has gotten much better, and this has made a world of difference for being able to contact my doctor, Dr. Okpara who has been doing a great job after taking over for Dr. Low
Worked with Herman Janjua was very helpful highly recommended!
